You can permanently delete your BearForm account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

1. In the app (fastest)

Open BearForm and go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm the three prompts. Your account and data are erased immediately and irreversibly.

2. By request (if you can't access the app)

Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify ownership and delete your account within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes: your account & email, all training logs (workouts, cardio, walks), body and nutrition data, your AI plans and plan history, your bear progress (XP, level, titles, achievements), squad membership, and all app settings. This action cannot be undone and the data cannot be recovered.

What is kept

We may retain minimal records required by law (e.g. billing/tax records for past Bear Pro purchases, handled by Google Play / Apple — we never store your payment details). Anonymous, non-identifying aggregate metrics that cannot be linked back to you may also be retained.
